May 14, 2012  The furnace was installed in the 70's and was converted to a wood/gas furnace somewhere in the early 80's as Natural gas became available. I am having trouble trying to insure the house without any ID labels which was probably lost at the time of the conversion from oil to gas. I have a Duomatic Olsen HTL100B oil Furnace with a Beckett F3 combustion head manufactured in 1986. It keeps kicking - Answered by a verified HVAC Technician. I have a 26 year old Duomatic-Olsen furnace. It's a condensing furnace and is about 90% efficient. Single stage burner and only one fan speed. I replaced the blower motor 2 years ago and the combustion blower last year.
